- Each product we sell is individually hand-cut and sewn, which may result in minor variations and imperfections. These are natural aspects of the handmade process as compared to machine made products and should not be seen as defects.

- Return Process:
- Products shipped internationally (outside of India) are not eligible for return due to customs regulations, duties, and tax requirements. However, if your complaint is reviewed and deemed eligible for return, a refund may be processed.
